qEEG Brain Mapping

We begin by mapping your brain using a safe, non-invasive EEG cap. This cap reads your brainwaves, your brain’s natural electrical activity, so we can better understand how your brain is working.

This process is:

  • Painless

  • Drug-free

  • Essential for identifying imbalances and customizing your treatment

How It Works

You’ll sit comfortably while wearing an EEG cap, similar to a swim cap, with small sensors that read your brain activity. This data helps us create a unique “map” of your brain’s function.

Brain Mapping & Review

Your brain map guides our treatment and helps us track progress over time. We repeat this scan every 20 sessions to compare changes and improvements. At the end of your program, you’ll meet with your clinician to review your final brain map and see the results of your journey.

How We Train Your Brain

We train your brain using visual and audio feedback. In a session, you’ll either watch a video or listen to music, and your brain learns to keep the picture bright or the sound clear by staying focused and relaxed.

Each session is:

  • Non-invasive

  • Comfortable

  • 30 minutes in length

How Many Sessions Will I Need?

Most clients start with 20, 40, 60, or 80 sessions, depending on your needs and goals. Results often start to show after 20 sessions, and your care plan will be adjusted as you go.
