Our Care Options
Many people try to overcome their mental health struggles only to end up overwhelmed, ashamed, or isolated. We are here for people caught in a cycle they want to break. At Fountain Wellness, we stand alongside individuals and families facing the weight of mental health challenges. Our purpose is simple: walk with you, one step at a time. Whether you're managing cravings, navigating family strain, trying to rebuild trust in yourself or others, or just need a professional to talk to, we are here to support the difficult days and the victories.

Our Focus
The pain of trauma and addiction ripples through families, relationships, and everyday life. That’s why our care extends beyond one-on-one therapy. Each path through recovery is different, but all deserve support, structure, and consistency. Our programs focus on real-world connection and emotional clarity, using grounded therapeutic methods that give you something to hold onto when things feel shaky.

You can meet with your therapist in-person at our Boulder or Fort Collins offices, virtually from anywhere in Colorado, or even outdoors or in-home, depending on your location and needs. Wellness Outings: Real-Life Support Together
There’s something powerful about living life alongside others who are fighting the same battles. That’s where our group sober outings and outdoor therapy sessions come in. These are a way to rebuild connection, find joy without substance use, and remind yourself that fun and freedom still exist on the other side of addiction. These outings occur along the Front Range and often bring moments of laughter, shared honesty, and renewed energy during a time that can otherwise feel draining and uncertain.
We host a variety of half-day (3 hours) and full-day (6 hours) outings ranging from outdoor meditation, yoga, cooking classes, reading in the park, gardening, museum and national park visits, skill-building and team-building exercises, and other activities that our community is interested in.
Group Outing rates:
$100/half day outing
$200/full day outing

Led by a trained facilitator with a background in mental health, these therapeutic gaming groups help teens explore identity, build confidence, practice problem-solving, and navigate real-life challenges through fantasy roleplay. Whether they're battling dragons or making allies in a fictional world, participants gain real-world tools for empathy, communication, and resilience, all while having fun.
Suitable for ages 14-19
$35 per session
Sessions occur every Sunday in-person in our Boulder office.
Family Counseling
Addiction strains family dynamics in ways that can feel impossible to repair. That’s why we welcome parents, spouses, siblings, and close loved ones into the process through family addiction counseling. These sessions give space for hurt, but they also create room for clarity and communication. Whether it’s counseling for families, or a family member needing extra support with their loved one struggling with substance use, we believe healing can include everyone who’s been impacted.
Family Therapy sessions run for 1 hour and are offered virtually. In-home sessions are available to those who prefer in-person therapy and are living in close proximity to your therapist.
$210/1 hour Family Session
$250/1 hour Home Session (in the client's home)
Neurofeedback Therapy in Boulder
Neurofeedback therapy is a non-invasive, brain-based treatment that helps individuals regulate their brain activity to improve mental health and overall functioning. Using real-time EEG technology, neurofeedback monitors brainwave patterns and provides instant feedback through visual or auditory cues. This process trains the brain to develop healthier, more balanced patterns, which can lead to reduced symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and other neurological conditions. At our clinic, neurofeedback is integrated into individualized care plans and often used alongside psychotherapy to enhance treatment outcomes. It's a safe and medication-free approach that supports long-term healing by targeting the root of dysregulated brain activity. Offered in our Boulder office.
